The best way to absorb and digest all the vitamins and minerals that is found in cauliflower is by juicing it. Cauliflower juice is easier to drink compared to the other members of the cruciferous family. Mix the juice with carrots and apples for a great tasting juice.

Here is a simple juice recipe, of course we add Hemp Juice to all our recipes but you can replace it with spinach if need be.
Simple Cauliflower Juice recipe.
1 Large head Cauliflower
2-4 cubes of Organic Hemp Juice
1 inch Ginger
This is a lightly sweet cauliflower juice cleanse recipe with a nice ginger warmth running throughout it. For this juice you’ll want to separate the pomegranate seeds from their pods, and juice the seeds only. Enjoy!
